ROUND ROCK – The Carroll Boys & Girls Cross Country teams earned 2nd place finishes at the Class 6A State Championship in Round Rock, TX. Renovations to Old Settlers Park meant the runners had to navigate a new and challenging course, but both the boys and the girls came away with a podium finish.

I’m so proud of this senior class and the dedication they have shown throughout their four years in the program. Even though we came up a little short of the goal, the impact these kids have left will last and carry on for the next generation of Dragon runners. The journey has been fun and the quest for excellence will continue. Thank you to all of our parents, teachers, coaches and community leaders for their continued support. We will be back and ready for the next journey.”
