Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra to Present Live Holiday Performance at White’s Chapel in Southlake

The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra and Apex Arts League present “The Sounds of the Season” program featuring a live holiday performance at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church on December  17 at 7 p.m.

This event will celebrate the holiday season with a family-friendly concert that is sure to get you into the holiday spirit with all your favorite carols like “Deck the Halls,” “Jingle Bells,” “Sleigh Ride” and more! All selections will be performed by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra brass and percussion sections.

Masks and social distancing required. Enter ONLY at the main door by the gift shop.

DSO on the GoIn conjunction with the APEX Arts League, the DSO presents this special performance at White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake. The concert will feature Dvořák’s Carnival Overture, Mascagni’s Intermezzo from Cavaleria Rusticana, Von Suppé’s Light Calvary Overture, Khatchaturian’s “Sabre Dance,” Williams’ The Cowboys Overture, Anderson’s The Typewriter, Mancini’s “Moon River,” and Selections from West Side Story by Bernstein. With Alasdair Neale, Conductor and Tom Demer, Fiddle.
