Town Square Window Replacement Taking Place This Week

Southlake Town Square contractors are replacing windows on several Town Square buildings from December 4-7, 2017.

The replacement process will start above Five Guys, Rockfish and Journey’s Monday and Tuesday. The parking spot outside of the Journey’s store will be blocked and crews will use lifts on the near side of the street. There will be several crews, a project superintendent, and a flagger to help direct traffic around the lifts. Crews will work between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm each day and will remain aware of the pedestrian traffic and barricade the area for safety.

Wednesday and Thursday, the crews will shift to 180 State Street in Southlake Town Square. The plan is to block five parking spaces in front of Malouf’s on the Main Street side and State Street side. The same application, safety, and management personnel will be in place for the second part of the project.
