Take the Citizen Satisfaction Survey on October 1!

We want to know your thoughts! Every two years, the City of Southlake conducts a Citizen Satisfaction Survey to gather information from residents about their quality of life in Southlake.

The survey will cover a variety of topics from neighborhood safety, mobility, parks and recreation, the City’s customer service and website, and other key community issues.

“Citizen survey results are so important, an integral part of our work planning,” said Assistant to the City Manager Lauren LaNeave. “We use the results extensively to guide our work and resource allocation, and the data is used to assess our performance.”

The results from the survey are used by City Council and City staff as a guide for planning and resource allocation.

The 2021 Citizen Survey will be live on October 1 on the City’s website. Look for communication about the survey on our social media, event signs, signs in the parks, and mailers. Post cards will also go out to all Southlake addresses with the survey information. This post cards are sent on behalf of the City of Southlake.

The survey is mobile friendly and can be taken on any device. The short form of the survey takes about 10 minutes, and the longer form takes about 15 minutes. This will make it possible for most people to participate, even those who don’t have a lot of extra time.
