The 2021 Water Quality Report provides information about Southlake’s drinking water such as where the water comes from, whether the water is safe and what contaminants might be in the water. The content covers water loss, sampling results, water conservation and more. The report also highlights how the City maintains the water storage tanks and different ways residents can be the solution to end stormwater pollution. A new method of direct delivery will be utilized for this year’s water quality report. Residents will receive a postcard with a direct link to the report. Physical copies of the report will be available at the Public Works Department offices at Town Hall, located at 1400 Main Street or at Public Works Operations, located at 1950 East Continental Boulevard. To help track your water usage, you can download the EyeOnWater app, which provides 24/7 access to view water consumption. The City also offers a W.I.S.E. Guys program to help identify leaks in irrigation systems. The City is committed to providing residents with a safe supply of water. The 2021 Water Quality Report is a great resource and provides helpful information on how the City maintains its water supply. The water quality report is available to view online.
