Here's just a smidge of the work your Southlake police officers did during the week of December 9th through December 16th!

--Officers took a missing person report from one of our in-patient facilities.  They sent out the proper info and later that evening, the Dallas Police located the person safely and transported them to the hospital.

--We took a criminal mischief report when the ex-husband of the complainant’s friend kicked and keyed his car.

--Multiple propane tanks were stolen.

--We took another missing person call and sent out the proper info.  Later that night, the Sheriff’s Department in Wyoming found the missing person in a wrecked vehicle on the side of the road.  The missing person was safe and in good health.

--We assisted Grapevine PD with traffic control and calls while they worked the aftermath of the tornado.

--A suspect grabbed armfuls of clothing from the front display at Victoria’s Secret and fled as a passenger in a silver sedan.  The value of the clothing was around $3,526.50.  The crime occurred at 7:45pm and the store didn’t call us until 9:36pm.

--We responded to a disturbance at a soccer game where one of the parents pushed a referee.  The referee didn’t want to press charges but did want to criminally trespass the suspect.

--Officers responded to a glass break alarm at Scooter’s and found that suspects had shattered the drive-thru window glass at Taco Casa to get inside.  The suspect stole cigarettes and fled.  We’re gathering camera footage and evidence.

--On Highway 114, a car rear ended another car and slid off the highway and collided with a TXDOT logo sign, near the Kimball exit.  There were no injuries, but the driver of the car who caused the crash was arrested for DWI and we found two baggies of heroin in his car.
