Over the last few weeks, contractors have been hard at work installing drainage infrastructure along the road.
In order to install drainage near Carroll High School, the south drive to Carroll High School from N. White Chapel Boulevard will be closed for construction through the end of the school.
An alternate entrance is currently under construction for drivers to access and bypass construction.
The drive is estimated to be open by Monday, March 29, weather permitting.
The N. White Chapel Widening Project is estimated to cost $17 million and is scheduled to be completed by spring 2022, weather permitting.
