Since events have been postponed, the sports world has all but shut down and there are only so many shows you can binge watch, you might feel like you’ll run out of entertainment options for your family during the next few weeks.

While the Southlake Public Library might not be physically open, you can still connect to us! We offer a variety of free entertainment options you can enjoy at any time, on any day, from the comfort of your home. All you need is your library card.

Here are four FREE entertainment options for the whole family:

  1. BookFLIX – Grab a tablet and log the kids into BookFLIX for ebooks, audiobooks and videos for free!
  2. World Book – Here’s an option for kids and adults alike! Learn about nature, history and science with World Book. Use the login: Southlakelib and password: books.
  3. Cloud Library – Over 135,000 options of ebooks and e-audiobooks are available on our Cloud Library. There’s something for everyone in the family.
  4. Flipster – Looking for a magazine rather than a great work of fiction? Check out Flipster. From lifestyle, entertainment, to home and gardening, there’s bound to be an option you’re interested in. Use the login: Southlakelib and password: TxSouthLake2!.
