Now in its third year, the award celebrates hospitality excellence and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor.
According to TripAdvisor, approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on the website receive this prestigious award. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, properties must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months. To date, the Hilton Dallas/Southlake Town Square has 191 reviews on TripAdvisor with 173 rating the property as “very good” or “excellent.”
