In late 2021, residents provided their feedback on their quality of life in Southlake by participating in the Citizen Satisfaction Survey, and the results are in.

The survey serves as a measurement tool to assess resident satisfaction with City services such as safety and security, mobility, infrastructure, quality development, partnerships, and volunteerism.

“The best way to evaluate our performance is to measure it,” Assistant to the City Manager Lauren LaNeave said. “The feedback from the Citizen Satisfaction Survey serves as a guide for the City Council to make strategic decisions on a variety of topics including measuring and tracking internal performance, budgeting, policy, and planning.”

The survey is conducted every two years by the City’s longtime survey partner Decision Analyst. The next Citizen Satisfaction Survey will take place in fall 2023.

Questions about the Citizen Satisfaction Survey 2021 can be directed to the City Manager’s Office at 817-748-8400. Full details of the results and a presentation of the survey results can be found on the Citizen Satisfaction Survey webpage.
