Your opportunity to provide feedback as a Southlake business is here! The 2023 Southlake Business Climate Survey launched today, Monday, July 24th!
All Southlake-based business owners, managers, presidents and CEOs are encouraged to participate in this survey and share their opinions about their experiences, today’s economic environment, City services and other business-related topics.
This is the 5th round of the survey, which first launched in 2019. The survey results and business owner comments have become an important and integral part of the City’s annual work planning, helping the City in determining what business programs are most beneficial for local businesses. For example, as a result of the 2022 Business Climate Survey, the City is launching a job board to help businesses of every size address staffing struggles and provide resources for business owners, one of the primary challenges identified by the 2022 survey.
Business representatives can take the survey online from their smartphones or computers. Knowing that time is one of the most valuable resources for businesses, the survey is intended to take no more than five minutes to complete. Business representatives may then choose to answer additional questions to assist the City further or simply submit their answers.
